Encompass operates and maintains broadcast infrastructure around the world for international broadcasters and for our own use. We have circa 25 years of experience working in some of the most amazing places on Earth. We run HF transmission sites in Singapore, Oman, Cyprus, the UK and Ascension Island, including a full scale power station and distribution network as well as providing clean drinking water to all Island users.
The systems we operate and maintain include advanced antenna systems, sometimes 100m up in the air, programme input equipment, complex control systems cross, site feeder lines and matrices and of course high power transmitter units operating at 11kV.
In addition to the high power transmission sites, we also maintain over 200 FM transmitters around the world in some of the most remote parts of the globe, we have become true experts in the logistics and engineering requirement associated with maintaining such a widespread network.
